Wood Species - Applewood comes from the Apple tree, which is one of the most widely prevalent fruit trees in the world.  It is known for its smooth grain ranging from light brown, beige and red hues. 

Pen Kit - Rollester rollerball kit with chrome plating. Rollester kits are a popular variety of rollerball kits.  Due to their medium size and postable cap, Rollesters are often used as an everyday pen.

Finish - Matte finish, using 10+ coats of a mix of walnut oil, shellac polish and microcrystalline wax after sanding down to 600 grit.  This finish produces a matte shine while maintaining the natural wood feel.
