Wood Species - Honduran Rosewood is native to Central America. This cut is particularly rare as it was from a spalted burl.  Burls are an abnormal growth on a tree that creates wild, swirling grain patterns.  Spalting is the result of fungi generally found in dead trees or trees under distress.  

Pen Kit - Cigar pen with a satin gold plating. Cigar pens are very popular and known for their weight, thickness and overall bravado. 

Finish - High gloss, using 20+ coats of cyanoacrylate sanded down to 12,000 grit, creating an impressive shine as well as incredible durability.
