Wood Species - Red Mallee is native and endemic to Western Australia. This particular cut is from a burl, which is an abnormal growth on a tree that creates wild, swirling grain patterns. Burl wood can be harvested without damaging or felling the tree.

Pen Kit - Art Deco kit with high end antique bronze and copper plating.  This kit is relatively rare and features heavy, high end plating with intricate details on both the nib and the cap.  

Finish - High gloss, using 20+ coats of cyanoacrylate sanded down to 12,000 grit, creating an impressive shine as well as incredible durability.
